Funding Policy

Who we are

Karta Coach is a non-profit project built and maintained by a small, independent team. We created it to help people of Polish descent prepare for the Karta Polaka interview — affordably, effectively, and in their own language.

How proceeds are used

Membership fees cover the operating costs of running Karta Coach: hosting, AI inference, development, and support. After these costs are covered, all remaining proceeds are donated to Polish charitable organisations that support cultural preservation, education, and community development.

Transparency

We are committed to transparency about how funds are used. As the project grows, we intend to publish periodic reports detailing operating costs and charitable contributions.
